Beneventano, they produce 10,000 bottles of selected wines, from 4 hectares of vineyards of their property. Through a careful work of research, particularly on wines produced from the Falanghina and Aglianico vineyards, they have achieved results more than they had expected. Among other well known grapevines are the Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia of Candia, Montepulciano and various local native grapevines such as Agostinelli, the Tri'b (e) daq white berry and Grape Longa with red berry.
Tasting note: In the vineyards at the feet of Mount Taburno, they have found a fertile land to cultivate various types of grapes such as Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It is an ancient quality, native grape called Uva Longa. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for six months and then further aged in bottles. It is a ruby red colour tending to garnet. The perfume has an intense aroma of red berries, plum jam and blueberries, all blended with simplicity and a reassuring certainty. It has a balanced taste, incisive, and simple. A farmer’s red wine, cool and pleasant.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, roasts, game, mature cheeses.
