This area is a natural haven for one of the most important wine and olive-oil growing districts and can boast more than a millennium of tradition in the production of the most typical of Mediterranean products: wine and oil. "Terre Stregate", pays the utmost attention to the maintenance and work carried out on its traditional cultivations. Terre Stregate is magically tied to the craft of working the fruits
from its olive trees and grapevines and years of activity and passionate work in the sectors of olive oil making and viticulture mean they have become well known and respected all over the area. The patient and meticulous work devoted to these crops means that, as if by magic, “Terre Stregate” produces wines and oils of excellence appreciated by all those who taste their products which are always rich in taste and fragrance.
Tasting note: The grapes come across one of the company, comes from vines in the hills. The year 2005, after eight months of wooden barrels in the first and second passage, and a stage of aging in the bottle, shows a pattern very intense ruby red and thick. The nose is typical of the grape in your mouth to accompany a feeling of velvet, the fruit of a process of domestication which was sottopostol'intrepido that characterizes the tannic grape. Long and intense persistenzache draws the soft fruits and spezieche mark the first impact with the nectar of the palate.
Food Pairing: Nice wine to pair with more robust dishes of Sunday lunches.
