This beer is produced with a low fermentation method; it is a red amber colour beer with compact and persistent foam. You can strongly taste the malt, giving a remarkable variation of flavours from alcohol pickled fruit to roasted corn, a strong scent of wild fruit, all accompanied by a strong hint of hops. It has a sweet aftertaste and leaves your mouth with a pleasant sensation of a caramel taste.

Producer
In between late 1999 and early 2000, when the new Millennium was on the horizon, the Di Lunardo Brothers, with a great enthusiasm and passion, decided to test and produce beer. Their intention was to create a product that could attract the attention of those who love this sparkling blonde drink. As we know, customers are very demanding and to satisfy their needs, it was necessary to test it for sometime. So, Mario and Gianni are certainly not guys who would be put off at the first difficulty; they began looking for the best recipes of brewing both in Italy and abroad. It was not easy and they did not reach their goal in the first attempt, but the end result was remarkable. Today, Di Lunardo Brothers own the Saint John's Bier, thanks to the experience gained from all these years. They propose "The Hand-Crafted Beer: It is an unfiltered, non-pasteurized beer, with a unique and intense taste, just like the passion that is given when they make it.
The Saint John's Bier was founded with the intent to achieve a highly authentic beer, guaranteed by the use of the best ingredients, such as water, malt, hop and yeast. In fact, the quality of the ingredients is essential to obtain a top quality product.
