Tasting note: Falanghina a perfect closer to that of Sant'Agata dei Goti at that Samnite. Very strong mineral notes in the mouth is even more fat of Chardonnay. This wine of great personality is the best expression of the wine culture of our land. alone is vinified from grapes grown in our great seal with the methods of organic farming. The color is very light straw yellow. At the smell there is intense, fruity and floral together. We distinguish the scents of lime and tropical fruit. The dry taste is full and soft.
Food Pairing: Perfect on seafood in white.
