To adapt to new methods of EuroCave also offers the service solution to a glass of wine.
- Arrange as many as 8 bottles ready to serve and retain additional 8 bottles at the proper serving temperature.
- To prevent oxidation of the wine when the bottle is opened, the amount of wine is drawn off sosituito from nitrogen (inert gas). In this way, the organoleptic qualities of wine are preserved intact.
- Easy maintenance: stainless steel body, pipe material in food, sauce with grate. Everything has been designed to facilitate the daily maintenance of the Vin au Verre.
