To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
These terms and conditions, under "Code of Consumption" implementing the directive 2000/31/EC, govern the sale of products through
the website of www.zagreo.com
These conditions may, in case of updates due to legal provisions and/or regulations, subject to changes are likely to have their effectiveness
when they are published on the website of www.zagreo.com and will be applied in any case only for resale. Furthermore, these conditions can be modified by
the Company Pingue Raffaele if it so wishes and will not find application conditions and/or terms other than presently indicated.
PLACING AN ORDER
All products illustrated within the website of www.zagreo.com are offered to the Customer under the contract published
on the website and the terms and conditions.
This contract means it is concluded and is binding on both sides, when the confirmation is transmitted in electronic form (Email),
from the Company, to the Customer, via the email address that the Customer indicated when registering for the website zagreo.com
The Company also reserves the right to not accept orders in cases where there are errors of the data contained in the purchase, the contract
could be considered invalid and then declined.
In case of Errors: Non-existent phone numbers, untrue biographical data, etc. The Company will send a note to the Customer pertaining to the non-acceptance
of the order and reserving the right to cancel any order in the event that will present material errors related to the customer or the information sent
by the Customer to the website www.zagreo.com
Acceptance of an order
After receiving the order, we confirm availability of the products, along with verified data from the Customer. The Company
then sends to the Customer a confirmation receipt of the order showing details of the purchased products by Email. The Customer can verify
the products that he/she has ordered.
If the Customer notices any errors on the confirmation receipt, without prejudice, then he/she must communicate immediately by Email to
ordini@zagreo.com within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation receipt.
In exceptional cases, where the ability to evade the order is not possible, the Company will communicate immediately to the Customer,
and where the customer has already been charged with the order, the Company will refund any money paid.
PRICES AND PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT
Prices. Product prices are in Euros € and include VAT. After the purchase procedure, consider the shipping
costs that must be added, excluding custom charges or other taxes provided by foreign states outside the European Union. In this case,
for further information on additional shipping charges please visit the website www.agenziadogane.it.
It informs the Customer that prices may be subject to change.

Methods of Payment.The payment of the products will be paid through the systems set out by the Company Pingue
Raffaele, such as Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or advanced Bank Draft.
To express the Bank Draft payment confirmation, please send via fax at (+39) 0824.817.154 or via Email at ordini@zagreo.com the receipt
of transfer stamped and signed by the Bank.
DELIVERY
The Company Pingue Raffaele will deliver the products purchased by the Customer to the destination that the Customer
indicated at the time of their registration on the website Zagreo.com and using the express couriers selected: DHL Courier Express.
The delivery of products will be within 3 - 5 business days after acceptance of the order.
We deliver in: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands,
Spain, Portugal, UK, Eire, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Greece.
The delivery dates indicated on the website are only acting as guidelines, as if there are any delays or alterations made by the courier company,
the responsibility can not be attributed to Zagero.com, including damages and non-delivery of the purchased products.
In the cases mentioned above, namely delay in delivery and the possible inability to deliver the products, do not affect the validity of the
contract for that remains valid with regard to products already delivered or to be delivered.
Therefore, shipping costs and return of goods purchased will always be borne by the Customer.
In addition, we must point out the delivery time to remote places such as small islands, will be as follows: Madeira/Azores - 15 days and the
Canary Islands/Andorra/Gibraltar 8-9 days.
For borderline cases, where certain locations are impossible to reach, we will advise the Customer with the possibility of arranging a
meeting point.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS
Upon delivery of the products by the courier agreement, the Customer will:
- Check the integrity of a package, that it is neither damaged nor wet.
- Check that the number of parcels listed on the accompanying invoice corresponds to the items actually delivered.
On arrival, if any negligence is detected, the Customer is required to lodge complaints within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
Once the parcel has been accepted, should the Customer detect any faults or defects found on the purchased products, the Customer
is required to contact us immediately, but has up to 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery to report any complaints.
Should you lodge a complaint after the 8 (eight) day period, then your complaint will be void.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer, upon completion of the procedure to purchase products on the website Zagreo.com, he/she must have all the
information required by Art. 52, paragraph 1 of Law September 6, 2005, n. 206 all documentation relating to the General Conditions of
Sale must be kept in order, should any doubts arise in respect of the purchase.
We strongly advise you to print a copy of the acceptance confirmation, the confirmation of payment methods and the bill,
this is to safeguard against your purchases.
In addition, it is strictly prohibited by the Customer to enter false data, and/or invent and/or fantasize incorrect details in the
necessary registration procedure, otherwise this will prevent the process for the execution of the contract and further communication;
your data and email must solely be your personal data.
It is forbidden to perform double entries corresponding to a single person or enter data from third parties and minors are forbidden
to make entries. The Customer is also responsible for the security of their password. The Company reserves the right to prosecute any
violation or abuse, in the interests of Customer protection.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under art. 64 and following Law, September 6, 2005, n. 206 in protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts,
the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 10 (ten) working days,
except as provided for in art. 65, paragraphs 3, 4 and 5. The Customer has an obligation to send, within the deadlines imposed by
paragraph 1 (ten days), a written communication to the seat of Company Pingue Raffaele by registered letter with acknowledgment of
receipt. Communication can be sent within the same period also by telegram, fax and via Email at ordini@zagreo.com, provided it is
confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours later, the recommended means shipped in time useful if
delivered to the post within the time prescribed by the contract or, if different.

The Customer is committed to preserve and cherish with the utmost care, the products received, keeping the original packaging, internal
and external and all the accessories fitted to each product.
In the unlikely that the customer returns any damaged products, which are not packed correctly or incomplete, then the Company Pingue
Raffaele reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
When returning products, it is also required that the Customer ensures that the products to be returned are insured against theft and
damage during shipment transportation by the courier.
If the product delivered has not been insured for the correct value indicated on the invoice, the Company Pingue Raffaele reserves
the right to charge the Customer for any damages incurred during the return shipment.
Repayment will take place within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Company will receive the goods, it will reimburse the
amount by credit note on to the bank provided by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal provided for in art. 64 and following, as well as arts. 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of art. 54 shall not
apply to the provision of made to measure goods and clearly custom.
GUARANTEE
The products purchased from the website Zagreo.com are governed by art. 128 and following, where applicable, according
to the Legislative Decree on September 6, 2005, n. 206. The Company Pingue Raffaele is accountable to the Customer for any lack of
conformity, which exists at the time of delivery of the product. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to resume,
without charge, for the repair or replacement, pursuant to paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6. This guarantee applies providing that the product
has been used properly and with due diligence that is in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the technical
documentation.
The Customer must send the defective product along with its packaging, documentation and the original package, complete with a copy of
the invoice to the Company Pingue Raffaele.
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
Personal data of the Customer is required with a view to ensure maximum transparency and security of transactions and that
the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to them. This data is managed accordingly to comply with current legislation which D.
Lgs. No. 196, June 30, 2003 "Code on the protection of personal data" and may be made available only at the request of the authorities
responsible for the law authorized. Personal data of the Customer will be used for purposes strictly related to the contract. I, for
the same purpose, will be communicated to third parties in full compliance with existing legislation on protection of the processing
of sensitive data.
COPYRIGHT
The content present in Zagreo.com which trademarks, logos, information, text, images, define themselves as belonging to
their respective owners and are protected by copyright. It is therefore prohibited to use any material or even partial material from the
website of Zagreo.com, on any other Internet website, unless authorised.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sale of products and/or services are regulated in accordance with the laws in force in the Italian State. This
Sales contract is drawn up in English and Italian, where there are differences in translation; the Italian version will have the
exclusive right. It specifies that these Terms of Sale govern any dispute, which is created during the reading and execution of the
Contract.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from the Contract, the Customer governed by a court that is required by Italian
law, when the contract is concluded.
JURISDICTION
For civil disputes relating to the right of withdrawal in which the Law January 15, 1992, 50 and subsequent
amendments D. Lgs. n.185 of May 22, 1999 the territorial imperative is the Judge of the place of residence or home if located in
the territory of the Italian State. In all civil disputes in nature, however related to the execution, validity, infringement,
effectiveness and interpretation of this contract, expressly agrees that the jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of
Guardia Sanframondi (Bn) - Italy.
