Product Guarantee

The products purchased from the website Zagreo.com are governed by art. 128 and following, where applicable, according to the Legislative Decree on September 6, 2005, n. 206. The Company Pingue   Raffaele is accountable to the Customer for any lack of conformity, which exists at the time of delivery of the product. In case of lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to resume, without charge, for the repair or replacement, pursuant to paragraphs 3, 4, 5 and 6. This guarantee applies providing that the product has been used properly and with due diligence that is in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. The Customer must send the defective product along with its packaging, documentation and the original package, complete with a copy of the invoice to the Company Pingue Raffaele.

GUARANTEE EXCEPTIONS
All products sold by the company Pingue Raffaele, via the eCommerce site www.zagreo.com have a guarantee of 24/36/60 months, depending on the type of product, from the delivery date of purchase (manufacturer's standard warranty and warranty for defects of conformity DL 24/02).

For warranty, the customer has the obligation to keep the invoice or transport document.

Standard warranty. If the defect is not covered by manufacturer's warranty, the customer will incur costs of verification and recovery required from authorized, in addition to shipping costs, if incurred by the Company Pingue Raffaele.

The product will be sent to the place of fate announced by the Company Pingue Raffaele and in original packaging. Is excluded from the warranty any damage caused during transport. We recommend you insure the shipment.

Product returned must be present the serial number in the original packing list there, otherwise the warranty.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts found totally free set, with replacement of the product.
Are excluded from the warranty those parts subject to wear during operation.
We also exclude, parts and components that are damaged due to: poor diet, improper installation and use of the product itself.
Are excluded from the warranty replacement and / or installation of components or parts of third persons.
Any damage caused by exceptional natural events or negligent.

The customer must ship the defective product with its packaging, documentation and original packaging intact, complete copy of the invoice to the Company Pingue Raffaele.
