Right of Withdrawal
The right to withdraw
Under art. 64 and following Law, September 6, 2005, n. 206 in protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 10 (ten) working days, except as provided for in art. 65, paragraphs 3, 4 and 5. The Customer has an obligation to send, within the deadlines imposed by paragraph 1 (ten days), a written communication to the seat of Company Pingue Raffaele by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Communication can be sent within the same period also by telegram, fax and via Email at ordini@zagreo.com, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours later, the recommended means shipped in time useful if delivered to the post within the time prescribed by the contract or, if different.

The Customer is committed to preserve and cherish with the utmost care, the products received, keeping the original packaging, internal and external and all the accessories fitted to each product.
In the unlikely that the customer returns any damaged products, which are not packed correctly or incomplete, then the Company Pingue Raffaele reserves the right to refuse reimbursement. When returning products, it is also required that the Customer ensures that the products to be returned are insured against theft and damage during shipment transportation by the courier. If the product delivered has not been insured for the correct value indicated on the invoice, the Company Pingue Raffaele reserves the right to charge the Customer for any damages incurred during the return shipment. Repayment will take place within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Company will receive the goods, it will reimburse the amount by credit note on to the bank provided by the consumer.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal provided for in art. 64 and following, as well as arts. 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of art. 54 shall not apply to the provision of made to measure goods and clearly custom.
