When the design is closer to wine. A corkscrew patented dedicated to wine by Giuseppe Todeschini designer.

The design in a name: Platinum.

It is called Platinum and is born from an idea by Giuseppe Todeschini to devote to the many lovers of wine a corkscrew involving the aesthetics to mechanics, who wants to uncork bottles of wine in a simple and elegant. A marriage of sight and touch, a design that is made in Italy that starts and ends from our passion for wine: it is this is being undertaken by the designer Todeschini which helps the wine to create an object, however elegant and prized, in the forms and materials in the corkscrew Platinum. To create this corkscrew were selected the most resistant and lightweight as a special aluminum alloy and steel parts. The result is an enhancement of the high strength and lightweight with a unique property of keeping the center of the worm screw in the neck of the bottle during and after the extraction of cork. Important because it avoids shaking and bending wine harmful.
The corkscrew Platinum, the whole rack - worm screw is made with CNC machines using the patented equipment. The material is stainless steel with high elastic strength, optimized with appropriate heat treatments, cleaned by hand and protected with galvanic surface treatments. The toothed areas are cleaned by hand and treated galvanic protection.
